• PreK 3 and PreK 4 students will attend a 20-minute conference.
• Kindergarten to Grade 5 students will attend a 45-minute conference that includes a 30-minute session where they share their learning, their portfolio of work and progress on their goals. There is also a 15-minute meeting between the student, parents, and teacher.

In addition, for Kindergarten to Grade 5 students, you are able to book a 10-minute session with world language teachers should you wish. If you also wish to meet with your child’s specialist teachers, you may do so by contacting them directly in advance or stopping by their classroom on the day of the conferences.

Supervision will be offered for elementary school students with siblings at ISB, so that you can focus on each child at their individual conference. Teaching assistants will provide a variety of activities in the ES Cafeteria.

All MS students will conduct a Student-Led Conference in either Gym 2 (Grades 6 and 7), the Upper Gallery (Grade 8), or the Futures Academy space (Futures Academy students). You will only need to book one 30-minute time slot for each child. Before or after your appointment, please feel free to drop in and chat with any of your child’s teachers for an optional, 5-minute, informal visit. All of the teachers will be in the vicinity of the Student-Led Conferences. We will also have a program of Parent and Student Learning Sessions taking place in the Futures Academy classrooms all day Monday and in the morning on Tuesday. All parents of students in Grades 5-8 are welcome to attend these sessions with their children. Further information about these sessions will be shared prior to the conferences and will be posted on signs during the conferences.

HS students and parents are welcome to meet with their teachers for a 10-minute conference for regular courses. If students are studying one of our interdisciplinary courses, these conferences will be for 20 minutes.

PTO is the online platform for teachers to manage their bookings, as well as parents to make appointments with their child's teachers.

1. You will be logging into PTO to schedule your meeting with the teachers.
2. Please use your Dragons' Gate username and password to login.
3. If you are experiencing difficulties with your username or password, simply request your PTO account information again by clicking 'Obtain PIN/Password' on the PTO login page. You will be prompted to enter your email address registered at ISB.
4. Please make sure to obtain (print/PDF/iCAL) a copy of your schedule when you finish your booking.
