ID Card Photo Instructions

Please submit a digital photo of each applicant and both parents as part of the admission requirements in order for the admissions office to produce the ID Cards. If you have any issues with this process, please email the admissions officer you are working with or contact the admissions office.

Instructions: Submit a Digital Photo of each applicant and both parents

1. Submit a recent, color, individual passport size digital photos (256 x 320 pixel) of each applicant and both parents.
2. Photographs must be with a white or blue background, clearly labeled with passport names (Last Name, First Name) of each individual in the family and sent as JPEG files.
