About the Admission's Angler

The “Admission's Angler” is a monthly newsletter sent to junior and senior students and their parents. It is through this newsletter that the Grade 11/12 High School Counselors address particular items regarding college admission. It is our hope that our readers find this information helpful. In the “Admission's Angler” we will talk about current issues in college admission plus information regarding PSAT, SAT and the ACT. There will be information about careers, application essays, changes in college admission policies and a whole lot more. We also make announcements about college visits to ISB. Finally, we try to break down some what we call Urban Myths in an attempt to dispel any recurring rumors. If you have any comments or if you have topics you wish us to address, please send Mr. Peterson or Mr. Gregg an email and we will try to address these in the next issue of the “Admission's Angler”.
