Funding Requests

The mission of the ISB PTA is to foster a sense of community, build school spirit, promote enthusiasm for learning and encourage students to contribute positively to society.

Per school policy:

• PTA may not fund curricular activities / equipment
• If approved all expenses must be supported by receipts. No retroactive requests

• Limited to RMB35,000 per year per charitable organization, subject to fund availability
• Sponsorship funds will be awarded to student organizations or school approved charities.
• Successful requests for Sponsorship must be followed up by a letter confirming receipt of donation
• For LES students there will be a matching fund possibility of up to RMB500 per event.

• PTA requires 2 quotes for funding requests for goods or services over RMB4000 unless using a PTA approved vendor

• Open to all ISB student organizations and special events
• Extra curricular activities should apply for sponsorship to the Booster Club

• Students with Teacher/Advisor, Teachers, Administrators, Performing Arts Department, Sports Department, PTA committee, Booster Club

• Complete form and submit to divisional Principal(s)/Activities Director for review & signature(s).
• Requests must be received by the appropriate PTA reps/Booster Club rep at least one month before funds are needed.
• The PTA Divisional Reps/Booster Club rep will inform you of the outcome.
