Philosophy: The library fosters a community of learning and literacy that leads to high academic achievement, independent reading and learning, and collaboration throughout the school.

Mission: The library media program ensures that students are effective users of ideas and information and develop a love of reading.

Location: The middle/high school (MS/HS) library is located in room 1219 and the elementary school (ES) library is located in room 1419. Our libraries are integrated in such a way that patrons are welcome to borrow, return, use, etc. library resources from either library regardless of their particular grade level.

Hours: Our libraries are open from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 10:00am-12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. We are closed the first and last Saturday of a holiday period. In addition we are open during certain holiday periods. Contact the library for details.

Resources (all library areas): We have over 72,000 items in our print and audio visual collection and we subscribe to over 160 magazines. In addition, we subscribe to 13 online research databases and we have an interlibrary loan agreement with the National Library of China.

Circulation Policy for Parents: Parents are welcome to sign up for a family account good for up to 10 checkouts for a two week loan period. This total of 10 checkouts for the family account is in addition to what students may borrow. During school holiday breaks of one week or more the borrowing limit is increased to 15 for the family account. The PTA Center has library materials of particular interest to parents that are available to borrow. In addition, there is a parent/teacher book swap located in the PTA Center.

Services: The library staff is available throughout the school year to assist you in understanding better what resources we have to offer and how to use them.
